Esther’s Cajun Cafe & Soulfood is Now Hiring!

We are looking for a full-time Server to join the Esther’s Cajun Cafe & Soulfood team! Our servers are responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

Take accurate food and beverage orders with a friendly and positive attitude.
Provide attentive, professional, and welcoming customer service.
Engage with customers and ensure they have an enjoyable dining experience.
Maintain a strong knowledge of our menu and confidently make recommendations when appropriate.
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Process and collect payments from customers.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
Assist food preparation and restaurant staff when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work area.
Follow all restaurant policies, food-safety guidelines, and service standards.

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, dependable, and professional team members.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Previous serving experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
