This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and understands that hospitality is both service and experience.

Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome and seat guests with professionalism and poise.
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
Maintain flow between dining and lounge service.
Communicate clearly with management/event coordinator/service team.
Uphold the elevated standards of Esther's 2.0 experience.

Qualifications:

Strong Communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask under pressure.
Evening availability required.
Proficient in Toast POS is recommended but not required.
Previous experience in a restaurant/nightlife lounge is a strong plus but not required.
