Responsibilities:

We deliver a premium guest experience through exceptional hospitality, consistent culinary execution, and curated programming, positioning Esther's 2.0 as a destination for celebrations, community moments, private events, and high-energy weekend nights.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and understands that hospitality is both service and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables quickly after guests leave.
- Wipe down tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.
- Refill water glasses and assist with cornbread/service items.
- Remove dirty plates, glassware, and plates.
- Restock service stations (napkins, straws, condiments, to-go boxes).
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room, bathrooms, and floors.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.

She has used her restaurant to give back to the community through various organizations such as Boy Scouts of America, Booker T. Washington High School, the Studewood Cobras Little League Football Team, the GENTS Organization, Independence Heights Community Health Center, The Lady League & Gents, Inc. and many more. She also donates food to the homeless, groups and organizations for special events. Esther has received many awards from the community in honor of her charitable efforts and many editorial praises for her amazing food.
